Chad Bruckner

Performance Coach · Mentor · Speaker

Chad Bruckner is a Philadelphia native. Growing up in a service-oriented family, he enlisted in the US Army Infantry at the age of 17. For 8 years, as he served and traveled, he worked side-by-side with focused and determined individuals, accomplished inspirational tasks, and experienced what the world had to offer – both good and bad. These experiences shaped is worldview and approach to performance coaching.

After his military service, Chad joined a 30-member policy agency in a suburb outside Philadelphia where he served with 13 years of pride and dedication towards his community.

In March 2021, Chad chose to retire early to dedicate himself to personal growth and other professional pursuits. On this journey, he realized that his purpose on this earth is to assist first responders and veterans in navigating through the challenges of their potentially perilous careers and lifestyles. He firmly believes in continuous growth and pursuing what brings joy and purpose.

Collaborating with Chad is a journey of exploration and self-discovery. He serves as a guide, charting a course towards one’s destination, fostering resilience, positivity, and mastery over one’s career and life. He is not only your Coach, but he is also a Certified Recovery Specialist.

Chad is married to a schoolteacher and he and his wife have three, beautiful children. He enjoys sports, music, movies, and outdoor activities. He invites you to make lemonade together with whatever ingredients are at hand.

Chad looks forward to meeting you and become your Coach.
